Description

The SEG75060 is a DC charging module designed with our company’s patented circuit and innovative process. It features a wide and uninterrupted constant power voltage range, high efficiency, high power factor, high power density, minimal electromagnetic radiation and interference, and high reliability. It meets the fast charging requirements of various electric vehicles and has remarkable energy-saving and environmental protection effects. SEG75060 adheres to the “three unifications” standards of State Grid and meets the requirements of the constant power section of China Southern Power Grid. It features a wide voltage range of 300Vdc to 750Vdc for constant power and a maximum current output of 67A, reaching the international leading level.

  • Wide and uninterrupted constant power voltage range: 300Vdc-750Vdc constant power output without interruption, ensuring stable, reliable, and safe charging with strong and fast charging capability.
  • Ultra-low standby power consumption: Less than 9W.
  • Unique three-proofing design: Unique protection and process design against salt spray, moisture, and mildew, enabling the module to adapt to various charging station application scenarios.
  • Built-in intelligent discharge circuit: Automatically discharges residual charge, simplifies system design, and improves system reliability.
  • High efficiency across the full load range: Operates with high efficiency across the full load range. Compared to industry products whose highest efficiency point is in the low-load range and efficiency decreases when fully charged, this operating mode is more energy-saving.
  • Wide temperature range: -40°C ~ +75°C, with derating output above +55°C, adapting to applications in various scenarios.

  • Non-destructive hot swapping: The module has a true non-destructive hot swapping function, allowing plug-and-play.
  • Battery reverse flow protection: Effectively protects the battery while ensuring reliable and safe system operation.
  • Excellent electromagnetic compatibility performance: Meets the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) CLASS A requirements in EN61000-6-1 and EN61000-6-3 standards, with minimal electromagnetic radiation and interference.
  • Reliability certification: Certified by Kaipu and the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute.
  • State Grid “Three Unifications” standard: The size, interface, and protocol comply with the State Grid standard and can replace any rectifier module that complies with the State Grid “Three Unifications” standard.
