Description

The BIM75040-250K modular energy storage PCS converter is constructed with bidirectional high-frequency isolation ACDC modules, combining the advantages of high-frequency isolation and modularization. The cabinet can accommodate both AIM75040 and AIM300100 modules, and can be flexibly configured into different power levels and battery voltages according to requirements

Product Features:

  • Safer and more reliable:
    • Full high – frequency isolation design ensures safety between the battery and the grid/load;
    • Friendly to the battery, battery packs are connected in parallel, reducing battery series – parallel connection, avoiding battery 环流 (circulating current) problems, and extending battery life;
    • Compatible with battery packs of different manufacturers and different characteristics connected to the DC side of the module;
    • Friendly to the grid, the AC sides are paralleled together, showing single – unit characteristics.
  • More efficient:
    • High – frequency isolation between the battery and the grid, eliminating the industrial frequency transformer, with higher high – frequency isolation efficiency, reaching more than 95%.
  • More intelligent and friendly:
    • Cooperating with the STS module, seamless switching between grid – connected and off – grid can be realized;
    • Covers multiple battery voltage levels of passenger cars (40V ~ 750Vdc), with a wide battery voltage range.
  • Lower cost:
    • Compared with traditional modular energy storage, high – frequency isolation eliminates the industrial frequency transformer and indirect costs (cabinet, fan, etc.), and the system cost is low;
    • Through a set of circuits, two functions of charging and inverting are realized, and charging and discharging are integrated, with low cost.
  • More flexible configuration:
    • Module hot – swap design, flexible system configuration;
    • Flexibly configured into energy storage converters of different power levels and battery voltage levels according to requirements.
