System Architecture
ALL-IN-ONE integration: battery PACK (with BMS), PCS, EMS, liquid cooling, fire suppression (PACK-level + cabinet-level perfluorohexanone), and STS are all housed in a single outdoor cabinet. Standardized delivery — plug & play. Supports grid-tied, off-grid, and seamless STS transition (< 20 ms). Designed for 0.4 kV low-voltage distribution grids, C&I energy storage, microgrids, and emergency backup power.

📋 Routine Maintenance
- Check overall system operating status (BMS/EMS/PCS communication, alarms)
- Inspect liquid cooling system: coolant level, pump operation, fan status
- Verify fire suppression system status and pressure indicators
- Inspect AC/DC terminals for tightness, cables for integrity
- Confirm monitoring panel: all units normal, no faults or alarms
- Inspect weatherproofing, dustproofing, and anti-corrosion structural integrity
- Battery SOH (State of Health) inspection via BMS data
- Clean ventilation filters and heat exchangers
- Record ambient temperature, humidity, and system operating parameters
🔧 Component Replacement
- Identify faulty component (PCS module, fan, etc.) via monitoring panel
- Confirm replacement part is intact and compatible
- If replacing a power module, shut down the corresponding branch circuit
- Open the cabinet door; locate the faulty component
- Disconnect electrical connections; remove fixing screws

- Install the new component; secure fixing screws
