Bidirectional Energy Flow
Integrates charging (rectifier) and discharging (inverter) functions. Supports grid priority, off-grid priority, charging priority modes for energy storage systems.
High-Efficiency Soft Switching
Patented soft switching technology reduces switching loss. Inverter efficiency up to 93.5%, charging efficiency up to 94.5%, lower heat & longer lifespan.
Dual Communication & Parallel
Supports CAN/RS485 dual communication. Wired parallel of up to 6 units for power expansion, suitable for multi-scenario parallel applications.
UPS-Grade Bypass Switch
Built-in AC bypass, typical switching time 20ms. Seamless switch to battery power when grid fails, ensuring uninterrupted load operation.
Wide Temp & High Reliability
Operating temperature -25℃~+70℃, MTBF 250KHrs (25℃, rated input, 80% load). Industrial-grade design for harsh working conditions.
Pure Sine Wave Output
Pure sine wave output, THD 3%@resistive load, compatible with precision equipment without harmonic interference.
Function Description
- ●Standby Mode: Module stays standby, waiting for commands from the upper controller.
- ●Auto Working Mode: Supports automatic charge/discharge, bypass priority for charging, grid priority for off-grid inverter.
- Charging Status:
- When bypass is off, charging power follows upper controller command;
- When bypass is loaded, upper controller calculates remaining power for charging based on AC input current limit;
- When bypass has no load, charge battery per command power;
- Off-Grid Inverter Status:
- Without grid power, supply load via bypass and disconnect from grid;
- When grid recovers, switch to grid power automatically if voltage matches, then charge battery; inverter priority if voltage mismatches.
- Charging Status:
- ●DC Current Limit Adjustment: Only for PCS charging mode. Adjustable via upper controller, 0.1A step, 0~Max range.
- ●DC Voltage Adjustment: For charging & inverter mode. Adjustable via upper controller, 0.1Vdc step, 40V-59.5V range.
- ●Battery Over-Discharge Activation: Activates over-discharged batteries automatically. When AC power is detected, module starts up in 5s without communication, charges battery at 40V/3A until wake-up command received.
- ●Fan Control: Forced air cooling, intelligent speed adjustment based on temperature & power. Low noise & energy saving, real-time speed feedback.
- ●Output Power Limiting: Equal output power for rectifier (charging) and inverter modes.
