📋 Routine Maintenance
- Check operating conditions: temperature, humidity, I/O voltage, frequency, LED indicators, alarms
- Check for abnormal noise; inspect fans and modules
- Inspect AC/DC terminals for tightness, cables for integrity
- Verify system monitoring panel: all units normal, no faults or alarms
- Clean dust from equipment as needed
- Record ambient temperature and humidity
- Verify module parameter configuration
🔄 Replacement Procedure
- Remove the faulty module (caution: high internal temperature or residual voltage)
- Confirm the new module is intact
- Shut down all running modules in the system
- Open AC/DC breakers of the faulty module; loosen fixing screws
- Grasp the handle and slowly pull out
- Align the new module with the slot and push it in slowly until firmly seated
- Secure with fixing screws
- Close AC/DC breakers
- Verify monitoring panel recognizes the new module, communication is normal, current sharing is balanced
