Description

This bidirectional high-frequency isolated DC module adopts high-frequency isolated bidirectional conversion technology, featuring high efficiency and bidirectional energy flow of the converter, with automatic charging and discharging conversion. It adopts DSP design, supports module parallel function and CAN RS485 communication, facilitating communication with third-party devices.

    • Full high-frequency isolation design ensures safety between the battery and DC bus;
    • Full digital control with DSP+CPLD, providing multi-level software and hardware protection against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature, ensuring safety and reliability;
    • Reliable parallel function facilitates power expansion, allowing up to 16 modules to be connected in parallel.
  • Higher efficiency:
    • DC/DC employs soft-switching resonant technology, achieving a maximum efficiency of 97%;
    • Compared to traditional non-isolated DC/DC systems, the high-frequency isolation efficiency in this system is higher, reaching over 97%.
  • More intelligent and user-friendly:
    • Covers multiple battery voltage levels for passenger vehicles (40V~750Vdc), with a wide battery voltage range;
    • Wider DC bus voltage for easy connection to various DC bus specifications.
  • Lower cost:
    • Compared to traditional bidirectional power supply solutions, high-frequency isolation eliminates the need for a line frequency transformer, reducing system cost;
    • Achieves both charging and inverting functions through a single circuit, integrating charging and discharging, resulting in lower costs.

    • Standard charging pile module width, compact structure;
    • Module hot-swappable design for flexible system configuration;
    • Facilitates system integrators in flexibly designing different forms of energy storage, photovoltaic storage, energy storage inspection, or energy storage systems.
