Imax Power BIM15075 is a high-performance, multi-functional bidirectional power module. It integrates efficient soft-switching patented topology and digital control technology. With exquisite manufacturing processes, it comes with a high-power charger, CAN and RS485 communication ports. It achieves 176-264V AC wide-range input and output. Bidirectional AC and DC load power remain consistent. The module boasts high efficiency, high power density and high reliability. Detailed Function Description

Working Modes

  • Standby Mode: Communicates normally with the upper computer. It stays in standby to wait for upper computer startup commands.
  • Rectifier Mode (Charging State): Charging power follows upper computer instructions, with a maximum of 4000W. Battery charging power takes the smaller value of upper computer command power and remaining power to ensure safe, stable charging.
  • Grid-Connected Mode: Grid-connected power follows upper computer instructions, with a maximum of 4000W. It supports 50/60Hz frequency self-adaptation for different grid frequency needs.

Regulation Functions

  • DC Current Limit Adjustment: Only for rectifier mode. It supports stepless current limiting. External monitoring modules adjust it within 0~Max range, with a minimum step of 0.1A to accurately match charging needs.
  • DC Voltage Adjustment: Applicable to both rectifier and grid-connected modes. External monitoring modules realize continuous adjustment. It ranges between undervoltage and overvoltage points, with a minimum step of 0.1Vdc and an overall range of 10V-150V to adapt to diverse load scenarios.

Heat Dissipation and Protection Functions

  • Fan Control: Adopts air-cooled heat dissipation. It intelligently adjusts fan speed based on ambient temperature and working power. It balances energy saving and ultra-low noise to extend module service life.
  • Rectifier Output External Characteristics: In rectifier mode, the output has constant current, constant power and constant voltage characteristics to ensure output stability.
  • Input Over/Undervoltage Protection: When input voltage is below 176Vac or above 264Vac, the module stops working, has no output and reports faults. When voltage returns to normal, the alarm disappears automatically and the module resumes rectifier mode.
  • Short Circuit Protection: In case of output short circuit in grid-connected or rectifier mode, the module shuts down for protection immediately and reports an alarm to avoid equipment damage.
  • Fan Fault Protection: If the fan fails, the module shuts down automatically and reports an alarm to prevent overheating damage.
