Description
The bidirectional DCDC pile mainly consists of a bidirectional DCDC module, a monitor, an electricity meter, a card reader, a human-machine interaction interface, a communication module and charging and discharging interfaces, an actuator and an outdoor cabinet, etc.
The bidirectional DCDC charging station is mainly used to achieve the two-way interaction between electric vehicles and the DC power distribution system. It can use the electrochemical energy stored in electric vehicles as an energy supplement for the DC power supply system. By taking advantage of the price difference between peak and off-peak hours, it charges during off-peak hours when electricity is cheaper and discharges during peak hours, allowing vehicle owners to earn the difference in electricity prices. It also enhances load flexibility, absorbs clean energy, and helps the power grid regulate electricity consumption. This product integrates the charging (discharging) machine, charging (discharging) interface, human-machine interaction interface, communication, and billing functions into a single unit. It adopts a modular design and features easy installation and commissioning, as well as simple operation and maintenance.
Product Features
The V2G system is equipped with an independent monitor that exchanges information with the human-machine interface and the upper computer, etc., to monitor the system operation. The human-machine interface is connected to the battery management unit (BMS) or the on-board instrument via CAN bus and operates based on the given parameters from the battery inspection (BMS), setting different charging (discharging) operation modes to achieve fast charging. It features a modular design, making power expansion convenient, and is easy to install, debug, operate and maintain. It has an IP54 high protection design, resistant to rain, snow, wind, sand, salt spray and condensation. It supports card swiping, APP (QR code scanning), and automatic VIN recognition. It is equipped with comprehensive protection functions such as AC over/under voltage protection, AC leakage protection, DC output over/under voltage protection, output current limiting/overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, and battery reverse connection protection, etc.
